The low temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer is designed for rapid sterilization of medical surgical instruments in operating rooms and disinfection supply centers. The system generates plasma via a high-frequency electric field in a vacuum state. Active substances react chemically with microbial proteins and nucleic acids, effectively killing microorganisms at low temperatures using hydrogen peroxide as the medium.
Maintains 50ºC±5ºC without humidity, ensuring no damage to delicate instruments.
Hydrogen peroxide breaks down into oxygen and water. No toxic residues or pollution.
Short sterilization cycle (under 55 minutes) improves instrument turnover rate.
