Product Description

Hydrogen Peroxide Plasma Sterilizer

The low temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer is designed for rapid sterilization of medical surgical instruments in operating rooms and disinfection supply centers. Utilizing microcomputer control and touch operation, it features an automatic lift door for seamless integration into hospital workflows.

The system generates plasma via a high-frequency electric field in a vacuum state. Active substances react chemically with microbial proteins and nucleic acids, effectively killing microorganisms at low temperatures using hydrogen peroxide as the medium.

Sterilizable Materials

Hysteroscope, laparoscope, laryngoscope, rigid endoscope, flexible endoscope, fiber optic cable, intracranial pressure sensor, metal, glass, silicone, rubber, and more.

Technical Advantages

🌡️
Low Temperature

Maintains 50ºC±5ºC without humidity, ensuring no damage to delicate instruments.

🌿
Green & Safe

Hydrogen peroxide breaks down into oxygen and water. No toxic residues or pollution.

High Efficiency

Short sterilization cycle (under 55 minutes) improves instrument turnover rate.

💾
Data Management

Siemens PLC control with ≥8G storage for recording over 1 million sterilization cycles.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is the main advantage of low-temperature plasma sterilization?
A: It operates at 50ºC±5ºC, making it ideal for heat-sensitive and moisture-sensitive medical instruments like endoscopes, ensuring they are sterilized without structural damage.
Q: Is the sterilization process environmentally friendly?
A: Yes. It uses hydrogen peroxide solution which breaks down into water and oxygen, leaving no toxic residues and requiring no specialized drainage or exhaust.
Q: How long does a typical sterilization cycle take?
A: The cycle is very efficient, typically completing within 35 to 55 minutes depending on the load and cycle selection.
Q: What kind of control system does the equipment use?
A: It uses a high-performance Siemens PLC control system with a 7-inch color touch screen for stable operation and real-time monitoring.
Q: Can the sterilization data be tracked and stored?
A: Yes, it features a U-disk storage function that can record over 1 million sterilization data entries, including temperature, pressure, and time.
Q: What materials are the sterilization chamber made of?
A: The chamber is constructed from high-quality 5052 aluminum, which offers excellent thermal conductivity and anti-corrosion properties.
