1. Intercept a proper length of tape and paste it onto the surface of the pending sterilization package.
2. Process in a 120°C discharge steam sterilizer for 20 minutes, or a 134°C pre-vacuum pressure sterilizer for 3.5 minutes.
3. Post-sterilization, observe the tape color change. If the color shifts from light yellow to grey/black, the process is successful.
Note: Avoid direct contact with surfaces prone to condensation (metal, glass) to maintain accuracy of the thermal chemical dyes.
